We want every customer to understand what they are purchasing, when they will be charged, how to cancel, and when they may qualify for a refund.1. Digital Service DeliveryProclaim Songs is a digital service. No physical products are shipped.Access to the Proclaim Songs streaming service begins after payment has been successfully processed and the customer’s account has been activated. Customers normally receive access immediately. In some cases, activation may take up to 24 hours because of payment verification, account review, maintenance, or technical problems.If you pay for a subscription but do not receive access within 24 hours, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS] or [CUSTOMER-SERVICE PHONE NUMBER].2. Subscription ChargesProclaim Songs subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or according to another billing period clearly displayed at checkout.Before completing a purchase, customers will be shown:The subscription plan being purchased;
The total price and billing currency;
How often the subscription will renew;
Any applicable free-trial or promotional terms; and
Instructions for canceling the subscription.Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Proclaim Songs to charge your selected payment method for the initial purchase and each renewal.3. Do not send complete credit-card numbers by email.A cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless a refund is approved under this policy, you will continue to have access through the end of the billing period that has already been paid.To prevent the next renewal charge, submit your cancellation before the renewal date displayed in your account. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before that date.Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.4. Refund EligibilityCustomers may request a refund within seven calendar days after an initial subscription charge if:The subscription was purchased by mistake;
The customer was charged more than once for the same subscription;
The customer paid but did not receive access to the service;
A material technical problem prevented reasonable use of the service and Proclaim Songs could not correct it;
The charge resulted from an error by Proclaim Songs; or
A refund is required by applicable law.A renewal charge may qualify for a refund when:The customer canceled before the renewal date but was charged because of a Proclaim Songs system or processing error;
The customer was charged more than once for the same renewal period;
The renewed service was not provided;
A material technical problem prevented reasonable use of the renewed service and could not be corrected; or
A refund is required by applicable law.Refund requests should be submitted within seven calendar days after the charge. Proclaim Songs may consider a later request when required by law or when exceptional circumstances can be documented.5. Charges That Are Normally NonrefundableExcept when this policy or applicable law provides otherwise, charges are normally nonrefundable after:The seven-day refund-request period has ended;
The customer has substantially used the streaming service during the applicable billing period;
The customer forgot to cancel before a clearly disclosed renewal date;
The customer no longer wants the subscription but continued using it;
The customer’s device, internet connection, operating system, or third-party equipment does not meet clearly disclosed technical requirements;
Access was suspended or terminated because of fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, account sharing, copyright infringement, or a material violation of the Proclaim Songs Terms of Service; or
A promotional or discounted subscription was properly provided under the terms disclosed at checkout.Proclaim Songs will not deny any refund, cancellation right, or consumer protection required by applicable law.6. Free Trials and PromotionsIf Proclaim Songs offers a free trial, the trial length, amount charged after the trial, renewal frequency, eligibility requirements, and cancellation deadline will be displayed before enrollment.Unless otherwise disclosed, a free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends. The customer must cancel before the trial expiration date to avoid the first paid charge.Promotional pricing may apply only for a stated period. After that period, the subscription may renew at the regular price disclosed when the customer accepted the promotion.7. After a refund is issued, banks and card issuers typically require approximately five to ten business days to post the credit. Actual posting time is controlled by the customer’s financial institution.If the original payment method is no longer available, contact Customer Support. Alternative refund methods are not guaranteed and may require identity or transaction verification.A full refund may immediately end access to the refunded subscription period. Account Termination by Proclaim SongsIf Proclaim Songs permanently discontinues the streaming service without providing the prepaid service, affected customers will receive an appropriate refund for the unused portion of the subscription unless equivalent replacement access is provided and accepted.If an account is terminated because of fraud, unlawful activity, copyright infringement, abuse, or a material violation of the Terms of Service, the customer may not qualify for a refund except when required by law.11. Changes to This PolicyProclaim Songs may update this policy to reflect changes in its services, billing practices, or legal obligations. The revised policy will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.Changes will apply prospectively. The version in effect when a transaction occurred will generally govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.12.
